Special Called Meeting - July 16, 2007
Mayor Williams called the meeting to order.
Tracy Sullivan, Town Clerk called the roll.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT
Commissioner Jones, Commissioner Sharpe, Commissioner Pride, Commissioner O’ Neal.
CLOSED SESSION
Motion was made by Commissioner Pride to go into closed session pertaining to a legal matter.� Motion was seconded by Commissioner O’Neal.
OPEN SESSION
Motion was made by Commissioner Jones to go into open session and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Sharpe.
Sonya Meeks, Town Administrator advised the public and the Fire Department that the changes were in items 1, 9, and 10 of the contract.� Mrs. Meeks read the changes to the public.
Commissioner Jones made a motion to adopt the 07/08 Fire Contract including the changes.� Motion was seconded by Commissioner Sharpe.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner O’Neal made the motion to adjourn.� Commissioner Pride seconded the motion.
