Q: If I am late with my utility payment or I do not pay, when will my services be cut off?
A: Your services will be scheduled for cut-off on the 21st of each month unless it falls on a weekend or Holiday. Cut-off begins at 8:00AM. If you pay your bill on cut-off day, there will be a $20.00 reconnect fee. If you need to have your services reconnected after business hours, on weekends, or holidays, there is a $50.00 fee. For after hours re-connection, call the Police Department at (252)977-0004.
