As the Mayor of Sharpsburg and on behalf of the citizens, elected officials and staff I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our Sharpsburg web site.
Our vision for this town is to be community, business and builder friendly. We realize that the success of our town depends on the services that we provide to our citizens, the dedication, fairness and promptness that we offer all local businesses, and staying on the cutting edge, being creative and innovative so that builders would realize that Sharpsburg is literally a gold mine. There are well over 17,000 travelers that pass through Sharpsburg on a daily basis. We are a town that is on the move and we are excited. I am convinced that when you have good, strong, professional leadership in place and citizens that work together and support their local businesses and everyone takes personal responsibility in their community all things are possible.
