Winter Storm Notice – Utility Outages & Emergencies

Due to the approaching winter storm, residents are asked to report all utility-related outages or non-life-threatening utility emergencies to 252-567-4915 so Town staff can respond as quickly as possible.

If you are experiencing any other emergency or if you need immediate assistance or shelter information, please call 911. Residents are encouraged to monitor the Town’s website and the Town’s Facebook page for additional updates and important information as conditions change.

Please exercise caution during severe weather and limit travel only when necessary. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to keep the community safe.
