INTRODUCTION & INVITATION
The Town of Sharpsburg has been awarded a FY2024 $2,000,000.00 Clean Water State Revolving Fund from the NC Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Water Infrastructure, and the State Water Infrastructure Authority (SWIA). The Town of Sharpsburg intends to secure the services of a North Carolina-licensed engineering firm to provide Engineering Services, Design, Observation, and required environmental-related tasks, as well as bidding, bidding and Construction Administration Services, and construction inspections needed for the Project.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION
Written qualifications must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 24, 2026, at the Town Hall at the following address:
